1 large apple Dried fruit such as sultanas, raisins and berries. A little brown sugar |

What to do |
1. Core the apple. That means remove the core without cutting the apple in half. You can use a special tool called a corer, or carefully cut out a rectangle through the apple using a long thin knife. 2. Rest the apple on a microwave proof tray, with the hole upright. 3. Mix the dried fruits and brown sugar together and push it down the hole until the middle of the apple is full. 4. Cook in the microwave for about 2 minutes or until the apple is soft and hot. 5. Move the apple to a serving bowl and enjoy it. You could pour yoghurt or cream over the apple as an extra treat. |
